As our Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our executive team by managing their schedules, facilitating communication, and handling key administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised, adaptable, and professional individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking initiative.

What’s in this one for you?

  • Proactively manage the executive’s diary, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as a first point of contact for the executives, handling correspondence and communications with professionalism and discretion.
  • Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including taking minutes and following up on actions.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders across departments and externally to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage ad-hoc projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leaders.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple competing priorities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with tools such as Asana, Trello, or similar project management software.
  • Knowledge of hospitality preferred.
