They are going through healthy growth with new planned openings within London and nationally.
What will you get up to?
- Liaising with tenants and dealing with any operational concerns
- Effective shift management of the on-site team
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Assisting with the operations of the venue teams - security cleaning, etc.
- Contract management of cleaning, security, maintenance, waste, etc
- Monitoring and implementing health and safety systems
- Sourcing best value and implementing efficiencies
- Managing and assisting with the production and execution of events.
- Hold a personal license.
- An understanding of event production and marketing.
- Knowledge of local regulations related to food safety, hygiene and general health and safety practices
- Working with the site management team to execute safe and profitable large-scale event days.
