- Assisting in overseeing all day-to-day operations.
- Leading, training, and motivating the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Supporting with rota management, stock control, and ensuring operational standards are maintained.
- Contributing to creative ideas for events, promotions, and enhancements to the customer experience.
