What will you get up to?
- Plan and deliver the internal communications strategy alongside the Operations team to ensure a clear and consistent message across the group at all levels.
- Manage and improve the internal comms platform and report back using data and feedback.
- Improve and exceed employee experience and deliver consistent tone of voice across any internal or external comms.
- Work closely with the Talent team to deliver an inviting and warm EVP, delivering activations and brand content.
