WHAT WILL YOU GET UP TO?
- Manage the seamless execution of conferences and events, ensuring all details are followed and customer expectations are met.
- Lead customer interactions from pre-event planning to post-event follow-up, delivering exceptional service and resolving any issues that arise.
- Oversee event logistics, including group room blocks, meeting space management, and billing accuracy.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams, providing updates, forecasts, and ensuring smooth event transitions.
- Support sales efforts, including revenue forecasting and up-selling services, while leading team meetings and coordinating event operations.
Your DNA:
- From a hotel events sales background or events operations.
- A proven track record of leading and supporting a team.
- A customer-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain key stakeholder relationships.
- Lover of great service and hospitalitarian.
- Experience of cross department collaboration to ensure the highest level of customer experience.
