What will you get up to?
As deputy manager, you will:
- Support the general manager in the running of the business.
- Be accountable for individual KPI’s such as rota’s, forecasting etc. A good understanding of financials is a must.
- Receive industry leading training and development and deliver outstanding training to your teams.
