What will you get up to?

  • Provide strong operational leadership to every aspect of the business
  • Be excited about managing all elements – film, F&B, and leisure
  • Get involved with the senior team and help develop the business
  • Be passionate about the guest journey – actively seek out ways to improve the guest experience and exceed expectations
  • Recruit, develop, and engage a team that shares the vision
  • Set an example that others follow – some days will be about strategic leadership, others about hands-on graft, all done with a smile!
  • Lead the team on the biggest opening to date.

What experience do you need?

  • Experience working in a high-volume, multifaceted business. You’ll need to demonstrate experience in handling more than one area – events, corporate, experience leisure, entertainment, or all of the above
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, quality hospitality business – you’ll understand pressure and know how to handle it
  • A natural number cruncher – complete P&L responsibility is a must
  • Enjoy the challenge of excelling at key fundamentals: compliance, standards, and process efficiency, while ensuring the team has the right skills and training to meet these
  • A talented people person – you’ll have plenty of examples of those you’ve developed who have gone on to progress
  • Desire to work in a truly entrepreneurial business and enjoy the challenge of working in an innovative environment
  • Be happy to work in an agile, flexible way to respond quickly to opportunities or challenges in the marketplace
