What will you get up to?
As an Duty Manager, you will:
- Leading the team on shift, ensuring everything runs smoothly and supporting the team to do their best.
- Creating a memorable guest experience from start to finish.
- You’ll be hands-on, interacting with guests and team members, making sure everything’s on point.
- Opening and closing the restaurant safely and securely is part of the role.
- Keeping the team happy and well-rested while ensuring the shift runs like clockwork.
- You’ll manage cashing up at the end of the shift, keeping everything in check.
