What you’ll get up to?
As General Manager you will:
- Lead your team from the front – coaching, developing and nurturing your teams is important in this role.
- Be the face of the business. Building great relationships with regular customers and the community as a whole.
- Be responsible for reopening this site – it’s newly acquired into the group.
- Be responsible for all financial aspects of the business – from PnL to recruitment and training.
- Have an outgoing personality.
- Drive sales through organising different events – there is a huge opportunity to grow within this site.
