What you will get up too.
- Reporting and Communication: Keep the founder informed with regular performance updates, making sure you're all on the same page and working towards the same goals.
- Brand Development and Customer Experience: Make sure the brand stays consistent, maintain excellent customer service standards, and actively engage with the community across all locations.
- Financial Accountability and Performance Analysis: Keep track of financial performance at each site, manage budgets effectively, and work towards profitability by reviewing sales, costs, and operational efficiency.
- Leadership and Team Development: Lead and support your team, ensuring daily operations run smoothly while creating a strong team structure that can grow with the business.
