What you’ll get up to?
As general manager you will:
- Manage daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly, from front-of-house to back-of-house activities.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high service standards.
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting to maintain profitability and meet financial goals.
- Enhance the dining experience by addressing customer feedback, ensuring high-quality service, and promoting a welcoming atmosphere.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and special events to drive business growth and attract new customers.
