• Leading the day-to-day operations, from food and beverage to guest experience

• Championing local sourcing and sustainability in all aspects of the business
• Creating a destination venue that attracts both locals and visitors alike

YOUR DNA

• Proven experience as a General Manager in a premium pub, restaurant, or boutique hotel
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• A hands-on approach—ready to roll up your sleeves and lead from the front
• Commercial acumen with a focus on driving revenue and managing costs
• Passion for hospitality, high-quality food and drink, and exceptional guest experiences
• A love for the countryside and an understanding of seasonal, locally sourced produce
