Two of the most epic experiential entertainment brands in the UK (and growing fast globally). Think axe throwing, augmented reality darts, escape rooms, VR, and games that get your heart racing. Now imagine being the creative behind the visuals that bring all that to life.

Yep. That could be you.

We’re on the hunt for three (yep, THREE!) Graphic Designers to join our wonderful clients growing studio team. This isn’t just another design role — you’ll be shaping the look and feel of immersive, story-driven games and creating scroll-stopping campaigns for socials, venues, and beyond.

You’ll be crafting killer marketing assets (think Insta, TikTok, print, POS, YouTube… the lot), getting stuck into game dev visuals, and generally helping them raise the creative bar even higher.

You'll sit in their buzzing in-house Studio team alongside some of the most imaginative brains in the biz — all obsessed with building the best experiential game studio in the world

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Gets the thrill of entertainment, live experiences, and storytelling
  • Has serious design chops across digital & print — and isn’t afraid of jumping into video or motion graphics too
  • Can sketch out a concept, whip it up in Adobe, and help turn it into something amazing
  • Thinks like a gamer — visualising the customer journey and elevating it
  • Is a mix of ideas-led and hands-on — they want thinkers AND doers
  • Is organised, resilient, and thrives under a bit of (friendly) chaos
  • Experience in experiential, gaming, or entertainment is a massive bonus, but if you’re passionate, they’re all ears.

Tech-wise, you’ll need to know your way around:

  • Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro
  • Bonus points for: Blender, SketchUp, Firefly, Midjourney, or 3D work
  • Sound editing, social video formats, and design for campaigns
  • Oh, and basic Excel navigation (we know, sorry)
