What will you get up to?
- Lead and inspire a team in delivering exceptional food quality, focusing on handcrafted pizzas.
- Oversee kitchen operations, including stock management, ordering, and maintaining exceptional food hygiene standards.
- Train, develop, and recruit team members, ensuring a motivated and skilled workforce.
- Collaborate on menu development to keep offerings fresh, exciting, and on-brand.
- Take ownership of kitchen KPIs, such as rota management, food cost control, and waste reduction.
- Be the driving force behind an outstanding guest experience through culinary excellence.
