Who are they?
They’re Manchester’s newest food hall concept. A space like no other. Five incredible kitchens offering diverse cuisines and a communal space for dining, socialising and live events. It’s going to be big.
One concept will be developed in-house, which is why they’re seeking a head chef to join their team.
What you’ll get up to?
As head chef you will:
- Run the concession as though it’s your own - you’ll have PnL accountability and be responsible for the daily running of the business.
- You’ll have experience with fresh dough - making pizzas with be second nature to you.
- You’ll work with the Head of F&B to create mouth watering menus. You’ll be responsible for all costings & GP etc.
- You’ll lead and support a small team and will be passionate about developing them to their full potential.
