What will you get up to?
- Assess, update and distribute the Employee Relations programme for the group – with people at the heart of the business, ensuring this process is seamless is essential.
- Work closely with the wider people team on succession planning, looking at reviews and building pipelines for growth within the existing team.
- Take the employee engagement mantle – you will be the trustworthy face of all internal relationships.
- Own the performance workflow - reviewing current job collateral, ensuring that job descriptions match KPI indicators, which match reviews, which feed into performance bonuses.
