What will you get up to as a People Manager?
- This role has a major focus on recruitment of team members and team leaders, across existing locations and new site openings
- You will contribute to Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives and champion the company values, fostering a positive and inclusive culture throughout the business
- You will collaborate closely with our Central Team and site management teams to build strong capable teams. This role is key to supporting our growth, ensuring that every new team member is a perfect fit for our culture and operational needs
