Role Overview

It is an exciting time for our Luxury and Lifestyle Division, we are growing in 2025 and looking for a super star self-driven go getter to join our team as Sales/Business Development Manager.

You will play a pivotal role in driving new business and client relationships across the UK and championing our company values. You will proactively seek new business from top industry leading Luxury and Lifestyle hospitality operators-predominantly hotels. With offices in Manchester and London, you will be expected to work across both locations, with a key focus on London growth in 2025.

Business Growth

  • Proactively grow the Luxury and Lifestyle client base across the UK, focusing on both new and existing markets. Represent the Luxury and Lifestyle Division, ensuring exceptional client experiences in collaboration with the Divisional Director,
  • Continuously enhance the client journey, ensuring it reflects the highest standards of luxury and lifestyle.
  • To be the industry oracle – what’s happening, who’s growing, what’s opening where and when and share highlights with team.

Events

  • Working closely with the Head of Client Succes UK, you will create and manage a calendar of events designed to drive new business opportunities.
  • Host and follow up on events to maximise impact and add value to the hospitality industry.
  • To attend key industry networking events and awards with the Divisional Director.

Your DNA

  • You are performance driven and passionate about what you do.
  • Proven experience in working in luxury or lifestyle hotel sales environment.
  • Enthusiastic about travelling to London and working from our London office 6-8 days a month.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data for strategic planning.
  • Creative and innovative approach to client engagement and business growth.
  • Self-driven with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and fostering connections within the sector.
