We are working with one of Manchester best luxury concepts for a search for their new Senior Sous Chef. With a stunning food and beverage offering and restaurant and bar, the venue is also popular for some of the most exclusive private events in Manchester.
What will you get up to?
- Assisting the head chef with the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, overlook breakfast, lunch & dinner service, plus room service and lounge service.
- Training and developing the brigade.
- Attending operations meetings in absence of the head chef.
Your DNA
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef in a luxury hotel/concept.
- Passionate about culinary trends within the industry and Manchester scene.
- Meticulous attention to detail, focused on delivering excellence at every opportunity.
