What you’ll be responsible for:

You’ll be a strategic partner to the business not just filling roles but shaping the future workforce. Your focus will be on:

  • Developing and owning hiring strategies across two corporate business areas.
  • Leading on workforce planning and partnering with senior leaders to anticipate hiring needs.
  • Driving internal talent mobility and ensuring the best talent is leveraged across the organisation.
  • Supporting end-to-end recruitment for specialist and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Using data and insights to influence hiring decisions and support organisational growth.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of tools, systems, and ways of working in talent acquisition.
