What you’ll get up to?
- Leading the team - Inspire, train, and support your crew to smash every service.
- Keeping the kitchen running like clockwork - Make sure everything’s up to scratch, from food prep to service.
- Food safety & compliance - Stay on top of all the important stuff, making sure standards are sky-high.
- Keeping an eye on the numbers - Help manage kitchen costs, stock, and waste without compromising on quality.
- Getting stuck in - This is a hands-on role, so expect to be right there with the team, leading by example.
- Growing & developing - We’ll back you with training and progression, but we want someone who’s ready to take ownership and push themselves.
