What you’ll be responsible for:
- Establish and lead a robust recruitment governance framework that ensures hiring practices are compliant, ethically sound, and aligned with organisational values—promoting consistency, inclusion, and integrity across all recruitment activity.
- Drive a data-led recruitment strategy by leading initiatives that generate meaningful insights into process effectiveness, quality of hire, and talent agility—using data to inform continuous improvement and align recruitment with broader business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional recruitment projects to design and implement scalable, bias-reducing selection tools and assessment frameworks, transforming hiring practices to improve speed, fairness, and quality of hire while enhancing the candidate and hiring manager experience.
