What will you get up to?
- Own & Lead: Drive the learning and development program, ensuring training is aligned with job roles and supports progression.
- Create & Deliver: Design, update, and present e-learning, written materials, and classroom sessions at the training center.
- Support & Evaluate: Collaborate with external providers, manage the LMS, and continuously refine programmes for excellence.
- Mentor & Guide: Line manage a Hospitality Trainer, coaching them to reach their potential and support the team.
THIS ROLE REQUIRES A DRIVING LICENSE AND VEHICLE.
